In line with the installment of wi-fi with in the UPVTC campus, certain security measures have been implemented. Blocking of some sites which have adult content, or those P2P sharing sites. Gaming sites such as those browser games played by some students have also been blocked. OPENDNS blocking system is used by the college to guard internet activities of the wi-fi user.
